We are no longer accepting donations on this campaign, but there are other ways for you to support us today!
Hi, my name is Kevin Enners, and I erase stereotypes. Though I have cerebral palsy, I lead an active life. I compete in marathons as a "crank athlete".
2019 will be my third and last stand at The Marine Corps Marathon in Washington D.C.. In 2017, this race was the first marathon I successfully completed independently on my recumbent cycle. It was the product of months of hard work and determination. The goal was to finish. Now, it's time to test my skills and pull down a personal best!
My goal
is to raise $2,000 for the Atlanta-based Kyle Pease Foundation. The mission of
the Kyle Pease Foundation (www.kylepeasefoundation.org) is to raise awareness
and funds to promote the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in racing
events. This means providing race equipment (racing wheelchairs, bikes, etc.),
transporting the equipment, and paying for race fees. With your donation, this nonprofit
organization will be able to do just that and continue to create new opportunities
for disabled athletes, like me, to leverage their ability and play an active
role in sports.
