Help us reach our fundraising goal for the Marine Corps Marathon!

My name is Cougar Clifford and four years ago I jumped into a pile of snow headfirst and broke my neck completely paralyzing me from the shoulders down. After 3 months in the hospital and about 10 months doing Outpatient Therapy in my home state of Missouri. We realized my recovery had surpassed what I could receive in therapy there so we moved to Atlanta so I could go to the Shepherd Center. I was a cyclist before my accident so as my progression came along I started riding a handcycle. Soon we met Kyle and Brent Pease and started doing smaller races with them. As I got stronger I started doing longer races with them and I am very excited that now I am strong enough to do a full Marathon, and I am just as excited to be able to do it with the Kyle Pease Foundation and all the wonderful people I have met while doing races with them. It is so inspiring to me to be on the start line with all of my other racers, and the level of inclusion that the Kyle Pease Foundation strives for. Please help me and other athletes with our fundraising goal to make my first marathon and many others a possibility.
