Back for a fourth year, The Kyle Pease Foundation and runDisney are teaming up again to raise awareness and positively impact the lives of people with disabilities through sports.
I have loved fundraising, supporting, and racing with KPF the last three years, and I it's been wonderful to have the opportunity to be a push-assist to two incredible KPF athletes, Logan and Aidan. Those experiences the last two years were simply AMAZING! And Jude's joining in the experience this year!!!
I'm excited and honored to be on the KPF Disney Race Team again for the Walt Disney World 10K on Friday, January 8, 2027! I'm thrilled to be running 6.2 miles as part of Team Evan, running with Evan, his mom Leslie, and his sister Paige at one of the most magical races on earth! I can't wait to have a phenomenal time together!
Jude is looking forward to running the Walt Disney World Half Marathon Saturday, January 9, 2027 on the KPF Disney Race Team as a teammate. He'll be running 13.1 miles through the Walt Disney World resort showing the importance of inclusion for athletes with disabilities. This is his first half marathon, and he wants to run for a cause that's bigger than himself!
Throughout the race weekends, we have the opportunity to meet many KPF athletes, volunteers, supporters, the leadership team, and even Kyle Pease himself. It is so wonderful to make connections with this fantastic and inspiring community, and I'm so happy that Jude wants to join in this experience too.
Everyone should have the opportunity to feel the endorphin rush you get crossing the finish line. Your financial support will help create inclusion opportunities for everyone with a disability through KPF's various programs including scholarships, purchasing adaptive sports or medical equipment, grants, inclusive employment program, Camp Wheel-a-Way, and other activities.
