Natalie's Finish Line
–Together We Can–
All For Inclusion 💙
In the last 3 months, I ran two marathons to raise funds for The Kyle Pease Foundation (KPF). Pushing my own limits to cross those finish lines. This next race is for Natalie, who I will push-assist, so she crosses her finish line in the Publix Atlanta Half-Marathon.
Natalie is not only an incredibly dedicated athlete, she is also employed as the Project Coordinator of Recruitment at KPF. I had the pleasure of sitting at the same dinner table as Natalie at the Marine Corps Marathon, and she truly shines. She is beautiful, has a smile that lights up any room, and I am so excited to race with her. While she is now a Georgia peach, she is originally a South Florida, Miami girl :)
Where your donation goes:
KPF creates opportunities for inclusion in sports for everyone. Every dollar raised directly supports KPF athletes, helping them participate in race events to experience the joy and thrill of racing. The work goes far beyond entry into a single race. The foundation covers race fees, hotels, travel & transportation support, adaptive sports equipment and racing wheelchairs, logistics, and maintains a warehouse stocked with wheelchairs, bikes, boats, & other adaptive gear, and a welcoming inclusive community for athletes and their families so they can participate in these life-changing experiences.
Your donation helps make this possible for families who might otherwise never experience moments like this.
I met Brent Pease in college in 2001. I watched in awe as Brent and his brother Kyle, born with cerebral palsy and spastic quadriplegia, founded and built The Kyle Pease Foundation in 2011. When I finally had the privilege of meeting Kyle, from the moment you meet him, you feel his positive energy, his kindness, and the spirit that defines his Foundation. He IS the heart of their mission—endlessly inspiring, full of compassion, and always redefining what's possible. To date, Kyle & Brent are 6x Ironman finishers, twice at the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. Bringing inclusion to the ultimate athletic event.
