I first met Kyle Pease in 2016 and not only was I immediately inspired, but he also became a fast friend.
Despite sharing many coffee conversations over the years, I didn't get a chance to run with Kyle until 2022 when we competed together at the Big Peach Sizzler 10K. We ran together again the following year and bettered our time by more than two minutes.
When Kyle called me to ask me to push at the Marine Corp Marathon, I didn't even have to think about it. Running with this team, supporting the work the Kyle Pease Foundation does and training for a marathon where the outcome doesn't just impact me is an experience I can hardly wait to have.
