The purpose of the Kyle Pease Foundation is to create awareness and raise funds to promote success for persons with disabilities by providing assistance to meet their individual needs through sports such as running the Publix Half Marathon. When I was younger, I helped physically and mentally challenged kids play baseball. By helping a wheelchair athlete complete the Publix half marathon, I will help them share in the joy and sense of accomplishment that I get out of completing a half marathon.
