Jeffrey and Susan Bergeman have sure turned heads this year by shining a light on inclusion in high school athletics with their participation and desire to be viewed as equals both on and off the cross country course. Our family supports them in their efforts, not just because they are OUR kids, but because inclusion is a key indication of our broader communities living up to their fullest human potential.
